1. Registration and Login
Convenient Login: In order to streamline your access to our applications and community, we will assign you a unique registration number as your ID for quick login. It is your responsibility to securely safeguard this ID, as it is required for adding friends.
Apple Account Login: When you register for TAY, we may collect personal information such as your username, email address, and cell phone number. This information is utilized to create and manage your account, ensuring the proper utilization of our services.
2. Business Functions
When utilizing TAY products, appropriate permissions will be granted based on the features you choose to use. These permissions are necessary for the smooth functioning of the product's features. Should you choose not to provide these permissions, it will solely impact the utilization of specific features and will not affect our continued provision of services to you.
3. Our product features include:
• Business Function 1: Avatar Upload
Upon logging into the TAY product, you have the option to access your device's photo album to enhance your avatar information by selecting photos from the album or taking a new photo. Declining this access may prevent you from uploading your avatar, but it will not impede the usage of other product features. Please note that the photo album access is limited to the photos you have selected.
• Business Function 2: Information Sharing Feature
As a registered TAY user, you can share information by sending pop-ups and comments within the TAY live broadcast. During this process, we collect your log information.
• Business Function 3: Clipboard Feature
To facilitate easy content copying and pasting, we primarily utilize user IDs and request access to your device's clipboard. Please be assured that we only locally recognize the clipboard content and do not upload any clipboard information to our server while preserving the original meaning and paragraph count.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information
4.1 Prerequisites for Information Sharing
• With the exception of the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any other companies, organizations, or individuals:
- When we have obtained your explicit consent or authorization.
- When sharing is required by applicable laws and regulations, legal proceedings, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements.

Please note that the above methods grant you access to your personal information, enabling you to review and verify its accuracy.
8. Deletion of Your Personal Information
We understand the importance of rectifying inaccuracies in your personal information. Therefore, we offer the option to delete certain personal information, such as removing your birthday, personalized signature, and personalized tags from your profile. However, it is essential to note that due to legal and technical constraints related to security, the removal of information from our backup systems may not be immediate. Rest assured, we will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing, while ensuring that backups are eventually erased or anonymized.
9. Account Logout
To logout of your account, you can submit a cancellation request within the "Personal Center" - "Settings" - "Cancel Account" section. It is important to be aware that once your account is cancelled, we will cease providing products or services to you. Additionally, your personal information, along with any earnings generated from your account, will be deleted or anonymized.
Furthermore, please note that your account may be cancelled or deleted if you violate the terms and conditions outlined in the TAY service agreement or relevant national laws and regulations. In such cases, all service-related information and data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized.
10. Personal Information Transfer
If you require the transfer of your personal information to a designated personal information processor, you can contact us via email. Upon verifying your identity, we will facilitate the transfer process in compliance with the conditions specified by the State Internet Information Department unless otherwise mandated by laws and regulations or agreed upon in this policy. We will implement necessary information management measures and technical safeguards to ensure the security of the transfer process and mitigate the risks of information leakage, destruction, loss, tampering, and other potential hazards to your personal information.
